The main topic of my blog is about weight loss and also of everything that are related to it. I’ll keep informing you of the diets and exercises that will be useful for you in the direction to achieve a perfect figure. I stated this blog since I have experiences with weight loss my self. I was almost 250 pounds 3 years ago and through exercised and diet, I was able to shed 100 pounds in 2 and half years! I can say that this is one of the greatest achievements of my life and I want to share my journey with all of you.
